I was supposed to post yesterday, but I was so pooped, that I took a nap instead. Then I had to go to work.
I had three meals yesterday and drank like 8 gallons of water (not literally but it felt like it). The meals weren't healthy, but the portions were smaller and more filling.
My energy level after my nap was UP. For the first time in four weeks I was not falling asleep in class. I am exhausted and sore and my muscles are begging for mercy, so that's gotta be a good thing. Let's see how it goes today.
